Mrs Mariana Chabrillón Popelka, one of our science teachers, will teach the students a lesson on native plants and animals, natural protected areas, GR and PR footpaths and environmental impact of quarries in Alhaurín de la Torre. Mr Francisco Javier Paizal González, one of our geography and history teachers, will teach the students a lesson on the physical environment of Alhaurin de la Torre and how contrasted our landscape is, from the mountains to the plains and coasts, paying special attention to our privileged location as a reason because ancient civilizations have historically settled in the area. He will emphasize our environment as a border region where different cultures have coexisted throughout history. Mr Emilio Ruiz Carrillo, one of our P.E. teachers, will lead the hiking route.
